The Challenge
To develop enhancements and new features for a technical powerhouse of an app utilizing a feature rich admin portal website.
The Solution
With the use of the admin portal, staff can manage existing customers, view meter usages and reports and assign routes for staff on foot to navigate to meters and do readings. Staff on foot were able to receive daily updates about the routes to take, which meters to capture and are provided with the tools to mark meters with issues needing resolving. The end result saving the end customer in costs and provides a deep reporting for usages over time.
